Chris is President of Capital Finance and Capital Markets. He joined C2FO in 2018 to provide leadership on C2FO’s efforts to build a data-driven lending function. He launched C2FO’s working capital lending solution for the company’s network of more than 400,000 businesses worldwide that supply the majority of Fortune 100 companies. Chris is passionate about helping his team and the business owners they work with to succeed. Before C2FO, Chris spent 12 years in the financing and private equity space for smaller, lower-middle market and middle-market businesses, most notably with Main Street Capital Corporation in Houston. He is first a husband to his wife, Andrea, and father to their five children. Atkins received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Liberty University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Aditya is Senior Vice President responsible for developing C2FO’s innovation center in India, and leading the data science and governance organizations. Before joining C2FO, Aditya worked at Groupon, leading its consumer email experience and merchant marketing technology initiatives. He started his career at Amazon as a software engineer. Aditya holds a BE from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, in India, and an MS in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He co-founded YEPKC, a nonprofit organization that nurtures and grows young entrepreneurial talent in and around the Kansas City metro area. Aditya lives in Leawood, Kansas, where he enjoys long drives listening to Hindi music and walks around local parks with his wife and a young toddler.
Alex is COO of Americas and focuses on the AMER portfolio’s retention and growth, covering the enterprise buyer client experience from implementation to program maturity. She is also responsible for acquiring and retaining supplier businesses from large enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses. Alex joined C2FO in 2012, implementing some of the earliest adopters and crafting the go-to-market operational strategy for every geographical region as it opened. Alex holds a BA in journalism and anthropology from the University of Iowa and graduated magna cum laude. She is an advocate for women in all stages and walks of life and enjoys being involved with the nonprofit WIN for KC and the Chief network. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, three daughters and rescue dog.
David is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and leads C2FO’s legal team. David has experience in corporate governance, public company representation, government contracting, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt facilities and IPO transactions. He joined the company in August 2021 after serving as in-house counsel at Olathe, Kansas-based NIC Inc. (Nasdaq: EGOV) and Tyler Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TYL). Before NIC, David was an attorney at the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP. Since 2018, he has been an officer of the Kansas City Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Missouri and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law. David is a Kansas City native and resides in the area with his wife and three children.
Sanjay leads business operations for C2FO, focusing on global marketing, growing supplier engagement and programmatic onboarding of all corporate buyers. He brings more than 20 years of P&L, marketing and account management leadership experience to the C2FO team. He has led B2B and small to midsize business (SMB) efforts for Sprint, Network Solutions and Groupon. He has a BS in economics, an MBA in marketing/finance and an MS in communications. Sanjay resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, two kids and a dog.
Dan is the Chief Credit Officer for C2FO’s Capital Finance team and oversees all credit functions within C2FO’s Capital Finance business. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of TBK Bank, SSB, where he led commercial lending for 10 divisions with a national presence that generated over $150 million in revenue. He holds a BBA in finance and management from Temple University and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Dan lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two red-haired cockapoos.
Basant serves as Country Head and Chief Operating Officer for C2FO India. As head of the India business, Basant oversees growth and customer success in the region. Previously, she was a founding member of Priority Vendor Technologies, a company C2FO acquired in September 2019, where she led the customer acquisition and servicing teams. Basant is also a part of the C2FO Global Executive Team. Prior to C2FO, Basant worked with Citi and Standard Chartered Bank in their Financial Markets business, advising clients on treasury operations to mitigate foreign exchange and interest rate risks. Her work has taken her to the United States and the United Kingdom, where she lived and worked for several years before moving back to India in 2014. Basant holds a master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, where she specialized in economic policy. She is also an alumna of the prestigious Delhi School of Economics and earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology at the Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. Basant, her husband and son reside in New Delhi, where she enjoys reading, playing an occasional game of tennis and dabbling in financial markets.
Sandy is the founder of C2FO and serves as Chairman of the board and CEO. In addition, he is Chairman of the board of The Collectors Fund, a private equity fund focused on alternative asset classes. Prior to founding The Collectors Fund and C2FO, Sandy founded Perfect Commerce (fka eScout.com) and served as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2000-2006. Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, he served as Chairman of the board and CEO of UMB Bank and CEO of UMB Financial, a NASDAQ-traded financial services company with more than $40 billion in assets. Sandy began his career with UMB after graduating from Northwestern University in 1987. He majored in American history. Sandy is an active angel and venture investor and serves on the corporate boards of UMB Financial (NASDAQ:UMBF), UMB Bank and Dwolla Inc. He previously served on the board of NIC (NASDAQ:EGOV), AXA Art Americas (NYSE: AXA), and Cboe Global Markets Inc. (Cboe) and BATS Exchange, two of the largest stock exchanges in the world. Sandy and his family are active in academic, civic and philanthropic endeavors. He serves on the board of the Agriculture Future of America (AFA), a nonprofit scholarship and leadership development organization that he co-founded. Sandy and his family live on a farm in Kansas City, Missouri, where they raise and care for their horses, sheep and any and all wild animals (not including their four children).
As Chief Marketing Officer, Leslie leads global marketing for C2FO and is responsible for driving revenue growth and increased engagement across the customer base. With over two decades of experience in B2B marketing in the financial services and fintech space, Leslie has a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive rapid and sustainable growth. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Fundbox, driving significant revenue growth and new customer acquisition for the small business lender. Leslie resides in the San Francisco Bay area with her family, and she spends most of her time chasing around her three kids and their Australian Labradoodle.
Raff is the CFO of the company and leads the accounting and finance functions, including management of compliance and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and investor relations. Raff has extensive experience in building and leading finance organizations, including raising capital through bank debt, bond and IPO transactions, and executing over 30 M&A transactions worth more than $13 billion across a wide array of industries. He joined from Overland Park, Kansas-based SelectQuote (NYSE: SLQT), where he served as CFO from 2017 to 2022 and helped take the company public in May 2020. Prior to SelectQuote, Raff served as the CFO of The Mutual Fund Store until its sale to Financial Engines. He was the CFO of Adknowledge from 2012-2014 and the CFO of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from 2010-2011. He is an honors graduate in management of The London School of Economics. Raff is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage boys, especially out on the ski slopes.
Ragui leads the global product and technology teams to maximize growth strategy by bringing innovative products to market. For over 30 years, Ragui has excelled in top-tier roles within industry-leading technology, healthcare and financial organizations. Before joining C2FO, Ragui implemented his creative solutions at Amazon as Vice President of Amazon Capital Services Inc. and Director of Worldwide B2B Payments. He also served as Executive Vice President at Fleetcor/Comdata Inc., a diversified payments firm. Ragui holds an MBA from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University and currently lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Ayiesha, and their two children.
Colin leads C2FO’s Global business working closely with customers, partners and banks to deliver exceptional value. Colin also acts as President for C2FO’s National Working Capital Platform initiative, working with governments and policymakers to ensure that companies, particularly small and midsize enterprises (SMEs), have access to the capital they need. Colin represents C2FO on the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) SME Finance Forum, working to expand access to finance for small and medium businesses, and attends the World Economic Forum as a Global Innovator. A veteran of the enterprise software industry, Colin has held leadership roles in some of the world’s top software companies. Prior to C2FO, Colin spent many years at SAP, heading a number of business areas and as a member of the SAP UKI Exec Board. Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in computer science. He lives in the UK with his wife, Joanne, and two children, Ben and Emma, together with Jack the cat and Dexter the dog.
Bri is the Chief Accounting Officer and oversees all areas of accounting, including consolidation, reporting, revenue management, treasury and tax compliance. She joined C2FO in 2020 as the Global Controller. Previously, Bri served as the Director of Financial Reporting and Vice President/Controller at Yellow Transportation and as the Controller for Freightquote.com. She started her accounting career with KPMG LLP, where she primarily audited public companies in the Kansas City area for six years. She graduated from Kansas State University with both accounting and finance degrees and is a proud member of the Accounting Advisory Board of the College of Business at her alma mater. Bri enjoys spending time on the golf course with her husband and three sons, and early morning runs before starting her day.
Anne leads the platform side of the C2FO product, overseeing market functionality, pricing strategy and data integrations with C2FO’s Enterprise clients and funding partners. She also partners closely with the Enterprise Sales team to deliver innovative products and features that solve clients’ needs. She came to C2FO from TripAdvisor, where she oversaw the evolution of TripAdvisor’s search functionality, leveraging hundreds of millions of traveler reviews to deliver fast, informative search results to travel seekers. An avid runner, Anne spends much of her free time chasing her two daughters and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City.
Naishadh serves as head of business for C2FO in the Asia Pacific region and oversees growth and customer success in the region. He was among the first few employees setting up C2FO in India. He has 15 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, investment banking and a stint as an entrepreneur founding a healthcare technology startup. Before C2FO, Naishadh spent time at Bain & Co. advising corporates and private equity funds on acquisitions, sales acceleration and performance improvement cases. Naishadh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a chemical engineer from BITS Pilani in India. Naishadh lives in Hong Kong along with his wife and toddler.
Krissy is responsible for leading C2FO’s global human resources strategy, which includes talent acquisition, organizational learning and development, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. Before joining C2FO, Krissy spent 20 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as the Chief Human Resources Officer, leading District Human Resources across four offices and seven states. In addition to HR, she also led the Finance, Strategy and Risk functions. Krissy is passionate about service, continuous improvement and change leadership. Krissy holds a BS in mass communication from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA in finance from Rockhurst University. She is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, holds an executive leadership certificate from the Wharton School of Business and is an SHRM-SCP professional. Krissy resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with her husband, two children and many pets.
